Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using WWPosts.com (the "Platform"), operated under the trading name WWPosts ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Registration on the Platform is, and will always be, free for members.
• You do not need to register or create an account to browse or view listings, posts, or advertisements. An account is only required to post content, contact other members, or use other interactive features.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform you agree not to:

• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringing of third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

We do not endorse User Content and take no responsibility for it. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The Platform is designed to be accessible and affordable for small businesses and individual sellers alongside everyday members.

Currently free — promotional period: Business Advertisements, along with other listing and advertising features on the Platform, are provided at no charge until at least 31 August 2026. We may extend this free period beyond that date, but we cannot commit in advance to how long any extension will last. This is a promotional period, not a permanent pricing commitment.

• Business listings, marketplace ads, and ad add-ons (such as pricing/scheduling extras and community or geographic placement options) are currently free of charge for all users during the promotional period.
• Registration and use of the Platform by members remains free regardless of this promotional period — see Section 2 above. Only Business Advertisements and related ad features are affected.
• When the promotional period ends, it will apply to all Business Advertisements uniformly; there is currently no separate free or premium tier structure. We will give existing users at least 30 days' notice before any free feature becomes paid.
• If payment features are activated, transactions will be processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• No charges will be applied without your explicit consent at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, logos, graphics, and text (excluding User Content) are the property of WWPosts or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g. mapping, payment processing). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via your account settings.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Advertising Placement

Advertisers can choose to target where an ad is shown using general criteria such as a specific community/region on the Platform or a geographic radius around a location. This placement is based on the ad's configured targeting settings, not on tracking or profiling individual users' browsing behaviour. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how location data is used.

15. External photo album links

Members may optionally link external online photo albums to posts (for example Google Photos or Flickr). By submitting an album URL you confirm that:

• The link is not malicious, phishing, or otherwise harmful.
• You have the right to share the linked content.
• You accept that WWPosts may review, approve, reject, or remove album links at any time.

Approved album links may be shown on the post and opened by other members. Post authors may allow other members to submit their own album links; each submission requires separate moderator approval.
